Good luck! I hope you find your birth father.

For me, it won't be that easy because I never said good-bye. He was there one day and gone the next. When I do see him, I don't know what I'll say. There's a lot I want to say, but I don't know how.

I won't see him for a while yet. I'm not allowed to nor do I really want to, but eventually... The loss wasn't as bad as it could have been. He was never a very good father, or at least not to me. He was great to my brother and sisters (for the most part), but not to me.

Anyways, last week Guy Fawkes Day was fantastic! My dance troupe celebrated and it was so much fun!

An effigy of of Guy Fawkes is burned in a huge fire. There's also dance and music (plus food). Yes, I do Scottish Country Folk Dancing. I do it for fun and we do perform, but I don't compete.

My dad's Scottish and my mom's German. I joined Scottish Dance to honor my ancestry and it's fun!

That's cool! My grandfather is Irish, but he was raised in Scotland. Have you ever been? I want to go one day so badly.

Ireland is lovely one day I will go back I hope! Also would like to go to Germany and Scotland. Being those thre are my heritage. Though I think I am mostly Irish not sure.

You've been to Ireland?? So jealous! That's one of the number one places I want to go. I'm the same, Dehlya. My Irish heritage is one of reasons I want to visit Ireland (and Scotland too because, although it's not in my blood it's where my grandfather was raised).

My god parents took me in 2005 as a late graduation present, otherwise I could never afford it. We took a bus tour for the south part of Ireland. Hoping to save up up I have a friend who can put together the near perfect trip there.

Scotland was my the first travel experience without parents.
We stayed at a hotel close to Inverness and made daily bus trips. We stayed 8 days, I loved it. I want to go back one day :-)

irish and scottish...love the accents! got a scottish guy in my store once, and i just kept asking questions just to keep him talking...XD it was fun listening to him.

i'd like to visit Japan some day...all the fooood! so much anime!! i wanna wear a yukata!!

I'm hoping to go up to Scotland this summer, but my mom wants me to go with her back to Germany. She and my step-dad went to Germany this past summer, but I couldn't go with because I was working. I want to go to the University of London in a couple of years, but I've started considering the University of Glasgow.

Both universities sound amazing!! But I think you should go to the University of Glasgow so you can stalk the members of Beecake for me 3:)

I traveled with one friend, two girls experiencing for the first time a travel without parents of teachers:-)
We spotted a lot of handsome guy's but there was never time to get acquainted our travel company followed a strict script. Lol
